The Census Bureau conducts large town hall style meetings via Auditorium and Conference Centers. These meetings need to be streamed live to Census employees PC's, set-top-boxes and digital signage players as well as recorded and stored for later viewing. The live and stored videos need to be accessed through a portal style application/website that sits within the Census Bureau's firewall. The portal style application should support integration with directories for authentication and authorization, including Active Directory (AD) or eDirectory, and support Single Sign On (SSO) through SAML2 (preferred) or Kerberos.
