The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

KegWorks was founded in 1998 out of President David Rivers' Buffalo apartment. The company is now in its 4th location with 53 full-time employees, but they've always stayed true to their "startup feel," and they place an enormous emphasis on company culture.
