SPOKANE, Wash., Oct. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) today announced the company has signed a franchise license agreement for a Red Lion Inn & Suites in Everett, Washington, just north of Seattle.
“This agreement reinforces our commitment to our Pacific Northwest roots,” said RLHC Senior Vice President and Chief Franchise Officer Brian Quinn. “We are expanding our presence in the Seattle metropolitan area where some of our largest corporate accounts reside.”
The future Red Lion Inn & Suites Everett, 1122 North Broadway, is closed and undergoing a comprehensive multi-million dollar renovation and is expected to open during the second quarter of 2016. The hotel will be managed by Fine Hospitality Group and offers a business center, fitness center, guest laundry and complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. Everett is just 30 miles north of downtown Seattle and the hotel is located near the XFINITY Arena, Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing Factor Tour, Tulalip Casino, Mukilteo Ferry, Everett Community College, and the Puget Sound Naval Base.
