Innovative Parking Platform Developed by Dialexa Using Verifone Technology Sped Up Game Day Parking

After analyzing data collected by PRIME, ParkHub.com determined that at peak time 30 cars were being processed every minute -- an astonishing one vehicle every two seconds. On the sports and entertainment world's biggest stage, PRIME met the challenge, successfully validating thousands of pre-purchased parking vouchers, which was required for those parking during The Big Game.

As was the case with the Denver Broncos, the winning performance in the parking lot was a team effort. ParkHub.com partnered with Dialexa in the development of the PRIME platform and the handheld devices used by parking lot attendants were developed by Verifone.

The event's parking lot attendants used Verifone e315 handheld mPOS devices, which were integrated with PRIME's cloud-based platform. The combined solution enabled the parking lot attendants to accept payments and validate (scan) barcodes on the pre-purchased parking vouchers. The EMV and NFC enabled device from Verifone -- the world's leader in payments and commerce solutions -- was chosen for its remarkable flexibility, which supports all types of payments as well as integration across multiple platforms. In addition to EMV and NFC payments, the Verifone e315 supports mobile wallets.

With access to this information for the first time, operators enjoy greater control to manage personnel assignments to maximize efficiency.
