9,000 Evli Bank Plc's A shares converted into B shares
In accordance with Section 4 of the Articles of Association of Evli Bank Plc, 9,000 A shares have been converted into B shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on February 10, 2016.
The total number of shares in Evli Bank Plc is 23,313,920 which, after the conversion, consists of 16,962,136 A shares and 6,351,784 B shares.
The converted shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki together with the old shares on February 11, 2016.
