NunaMinerals A/S under suspension of payments ("NUNA") ("NunaMinerals" or the "Company") announces that the full year profit announcement 2015 will be delayed.
The Company has not been trading and has been under suspension of payments for the major part of 2015. The plan is to complete the accounts for that period once the refinancing and restructuring agreements are finalised. The intention is to publish these accounts by 31 May 2016.
