GSA Plans to Lease Office Space in Tarrytown

Responses Due by October 23


Tarrytown, New York, Oct. 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) released on Tuesday, October 3 a sources sought notice in which it outlined plans to lease office space in Tarrytown, and, in advance of signing a lease, invited interested and capable contractors to respond with information about available space.

The space must be within the following area:

North: (west to east) Neperan to Old Saw Mill River to 100 
East: Sprain Brook Parkway
West: Route 9
South: (east to west) Route 119 to Route 287 to Route 9

The space also must be between 4,418 and 4,639 square feet.

According to the sources sought notice, the GSA, if it finds appropriate space that meets its requirements, intends to sign a five-year lease, with an optional five-year extension. The leased space, according to the GSA, must be contiguous, and the agency will not accept below grade space.

Responses to the notice are due by no later than October 23, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
