Kobiton Strengthens Management Team with New Vice President of Sales

The Atlanta-based company, whose platform ensures the release of bug-free, high-quality mobile applications, is building up its Sales organization to support a growing user base that currently includes over 25,000 testers and enterprises

ATLANTA, Oct. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kobiton, the mobile application testing company, has appointed Curtis Raines as Vice President of Sales. Raines is the latest addition to the Kobiton management team, and the company is actively recruiting new sales, marketing and engineering talent.

Kobiton is ramping up in response to business and enterprise demand for mobile applications that perform well on any device. Kobiton has experienced 700% growth since June 2017 and has more than 25,000 users and 370 customers utilizing over 80,000 test minutes per month.

Raines comes to Kobiton from CallRail, where he was VP of Sales. Prior to CallRail, he led and grew sales teams for industry leading startups, Pindrop, and Nextraq (acquired by Fleetcor Technologies). He also held leadership positions at both PGI and MCI (Verizon).

Curtis brings over 15 years’ experience leading, contributing to, and growing high performance teams for Fortune 500 companies and early stage startups. As VP of Sales, Curtis is responsible for scaling Kobiton’s Sales and Client Success teams, defining the sales model, developing key relationships with customers and ensuring the success of our clients’ critical mobile applications.
