Copenhagen – November 29, 2018 – Agillic A/S (Nasdaq First North Copenhagen: AGILC) calls for an extraordinary general meeting on December 14, 2018. JS revision Approved Auditing Company has informed Agillic that they have to discontinue the role as auditor for Agillic. At the general meeting, Agillic’s Board of Directors will propose the shareholders to elect Deloitte Chartered Auditing Company as new auditor.
JS Revision Approved Auditing Company has informed Agillic that due to Agillic’s continued growth and internationalisation, JS Revision assesses that they are no longer able to offer the required resources and competencies to perform the audit of the company’s annual report.
In consequence of Agillic’s growth and internationalisation, the company has an increasing need for an auditing company with international competencies offering complex auditing and advisory. The Board of Directors believes that Deloitte Chartered Auditing Company provides those competencies and proposes the shareholders to elect Deloitte as Agillic’s auditor.
