Ms. Flobeck has more than 14 years of experience in the community management industry and has worked in a variety of capacities including accounting assistant, property manager, and director of community management. As the new vice president, Ms. Flobeck will focus on the branch’s day-to-day operations, business development, client growth and retention, and employee education and training. She will also be an integral part of the branch’s executive team.
