Cinergy Amarillo To Unveil Hoof Prints Quarter Horse

Cinergy to celebrate with ceremony and contest


Dallas, Texas, March 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cinergy Entertainment, a pioneer in family entertainment, announced today that it will unveil its Hoof Print Quarter Horse on Saturday, March 16th as part of the Center City of Amarillo American Quarter Horse Project. The city project began in 2002 to raise funds for the Amarillo community and promote art in public places. 

Cinergy partnered with local artist Gary Ward to create the horse, which will be an exact replica of a full-size Quarter Horse weighing approximately 125 pounds.

Cinergy will host a contest to name their horse and a ceremony in honor of the unveiling which will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 16th. The winner for the contest will receive a year of free movies. Cinergy Fans can join the celebration and enjoy face painting, a balloon artist, prizes, and pictures with children’s movie characters between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Fans can also enjoy pony rides from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Radio station Mix 94.1 will also be live with giveaways from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

In addition to unveiling the horse design, Cinergy will also reveal the name of their new horse. Cinergy’s horse naming contest is currently accepting possible names online at www.cinergy.com/hoofprint . Cinergy Fans have until Thursday, March 14th to submit a name. The winner will be presented with a season pass to the movies during the unveiling on Saturday, March 16th.
