Dalfen Industrial Acquires Snapfinger Woods Distribution Center

DALLAS, April 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dalfen Industrial has announced the acquisition of Snapfinger Woods Distribution Center located at 5335, 5365 Dividend Drive and 5370 Truman Drive in Decatur, GA. This purchase is the latest addition to Dalfen’s rapidly growing footprint in Atlanta, which includes 12 properties totaling more than 760,000 square feet.

The portfolio is comprised of three adjacent industrial buildings totaling 196,469 square feet, in addition to 5.2 acres of additional developable land. The properties are well positioned for last mile distribution, servicing a population of over six hundred thousand in a 10-mile radius and are ideally located near I-20 and within a 20 minute drive to both Downtown Atlanta and to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport .
