As the director of client services, Ms. Solis will focus on ensuring all clients receive excellent service from Associa. She will troubleshoot issues, improve systems, and encourage proactive thinking for effective client solutions as well as implement open communication, analyze business strategies, identify business metrics, and help multiple resources to achieve client success.
Ms. Solis has more than 20 years of property management, training and development, and advanced level client relations experience and has worked in a variety of capacities including community association manager, senior profit center manager, and director.
