Great Western Mint, Inc., a subsidiary of Liberty Mint, Ltd. is preparing the coin design. The minting of the coins is scheduled to begin in December, 1999. The coin will be offered by an e-commerce suite based in Bermuda operated by The New Anaconda Company.
