DALLAS, Sept. 8, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE:TCI) Friday declared a third quarter dividend of 18 cents per share. The dividend will be payable September 29, 2000, to stockholders of record as of September 19, 2000.
The second quarter payment will be TCI's 21st consecutive quarterly distribution to shareholders.
