COPENHAGEN, Denmark, March 16, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Jens Due Olsen will take up the position as CFO of GN Great Nordic (CSE:GNS) no later than June 1, 2001, replacing Poul Erik Tofte, who has been appointed Executive Vice President of GN Nettest. As a result, the GN Great Nordic executive management team will consist of Jorn Kildegaard, President & CEO, and Jens Due Olsen, CFO.
Mr. Olsen is 37 years old and holds an M.A. (Economics) from the University of Copenhagen. He has also attended UCLA in California and IMD in Switzerland.
Mr. Olsen is currently CFO of the Aston IT Group and has also held a similar position with FLS Industries. In addition, Mr. Olsen previously held several financial and operational positions with the A.P. Moller Group.
