Marchi, President and CEO of VPN Communications Corporation (OTCBB:VPNN), today announced that VPN Communications Corporation has executed an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Southwick Management Inc. (SMI), a Nevada corporation. SMI holds rights to acquire processing equipment for various forestry natural resources including timber in Baja California, Mexico. The purchase is for an undisclosed number of shares of VPN.
