COPENHAGEN, Denmark, April 12, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- GN Great Nordic's employees have elected new representatives to GN Great Nordic's Board of Directors.
Jens Bille Bergholdt, Corporate Treasury Director GN Great Nordic, was re-elected and continues as employee representative on the Board. John Radich, Director GN Great Northern Telegraph Company was elected alternate member.
Christian Tang-Jespersen, Vice President & General Counsel GN Great Nordic was elected as new employee representative and will replace Erik Boye Jensen, Chief Engineer GN Great Northern Telegraph Company, who will continue as alternate member.
Henrik Nielsen, Director Mechanical Development GN ReSound, was elected Group representative and will replace Lars Jesper Pontoppidan, tool-maker GN ReSound. Leo Larsen, Global Engineering & Acoustics Research GN Netcom was elected alternate member.
The new representatives will join the Board of Directors after GN Great Nordic's Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2002.
