UPPSALA, Sweden, April 24, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Prior to the Annual General Meeting of Pricer AB on April 25, 2002, a large group of shareholders, representing more than 25 per cent of the votes, have agreed on a proposal for re-election of the Board of Directors.
If the Annual General Meeting accepts the re-election of the board the intention is to elect Mr Salvatore Grimaldi as Chairman of the Board.
