LUND, Sweden, May 13, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- As of today, Monday, May 13, Anoto Group's (previously C Technologies') share is traded under the new short name of ANOT on Stockholmsborsen's O- list, Attract 40. The previous short name CTEC concurrently ceases to exist.
In connection with the Annual General Meeting of April 24, it was resolved to change the name of C Technologies group. The new name of the parent company, and the group, is Anoto Group AB.
As previously communicated the Board of Directors appointed Christer Fahraeus as new CEO and president of the parent company. At the same time Christer Fahraeus remains as president of Anoto AB, while Mats Lindoff remains as president of C Technologies AB. Orjan Johansson is the new chairman of Anoto Group AB.
Since the turn of the year operations in C Technologies have been transferred to the subsidiary C Technologies Intressenter AB, which will be changing its name to C Technologies AB.
