MALMO, Sweden and IRVINE, Calif., June 28, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic, (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced a groundbreaking deal with a global 500 telecommunications equipment manufacturer, creating an enterprise-level, worldwide partnership through the end of 2003. The U.S.-based client signed an 18-month master agreement for the Telelogic Tau(R) suite of development and testing tools. The deal, worth US$1.2 million, includes nearly 5,000 licenses for Telelogic Tau.
The licenses will be available on demand to development teams worldwide and will be centralized on license servers in the United States. With the agreement, the company has standardized on Telelogic Tau for development and testing of its sophisticated real time systems and embedded software applications.
