As president, Bailey is responsible for developing and implementing legislative, grassroots, policy and communication strategies in the health-policy arena in order to ensure that patients receive timely access to life-saving, life-enhancing medical technologies throughout the world. She has worked in the public and private sectors in support of market-based health care reforms.
