STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 2, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- As of 1 September 2002, Mats Johansson is the new CFO at Cyber Com Consulting and part of the company's executive management team.
Mats Johansson comes to Cyber Com with extensive international experience. He is 44 years old and holds a B.S. from the Stockholm School of Economics. Johansson replaces Gunilla Sten who had served as CFO since 2000. Before joining Cyber Com, Johansson had served as a business controller in Merkantildata's Eterra Sweden company since 2000 (Merkantildata ASA is listed on the Oslo stock exchange). During the 1990s, he worked for Tieto Enator, Forcenergy, and Industrivarden in positions such as business controller, CFO, and group controller.
"The CFO role is central for Cyber Com's ongoing internationalisation," says Mats Alders, Cyber Com's CEO, "so it's very satisfying to have Mats on board - considering his extensive experience."
