COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Sept. 3, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- On 27 August 2002, The Danish Eastern High Court delivered a judgement in an action brought against SAS by Copenhagen Airports A/S concerning the payment by SAS for the airport company's sorting of baggage, cf. Copenhagen Airports A/S' announcement to the Stock Exchange of 27/8 (2002/7).
The company and its legal advisors find that another decision is likely to be expected at the Supreme Court.
As a consequence there will be no provisions for the case and therefore no effect on the annual result of 2002.
