NCC to Build Nursing Homes in Horten, Norway, for SEK 160 Million


SOLNA, Sweden, Oct. 1, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- NCC has been commissioned to build two nursing homes in Horten, Norway. The contracts are worth a total of approximately SEK 160 million (NOK 126 million).

Construction on the two projects - the Indre Havn and Gannestad nursing homes - will commence in February 2003 and is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2004. A total of about 110 employees will be engaged in construction of the two nursing homes.

The Indre Havn nursing home will be 5,500 square meters large and the Gannestad nursing home 3,300 square meters large. The projects will create 112 new nursing places in Horten.
