An earlier interview with CEO Charles A. Cardona III on the background of the company is available by clicking on the following link: http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/020904/31380.html.

During today's program, Washington, D.C.-based Wasserman discusses the company's three parallel strategies to enhance awareness of its Internet surveillance software for Homeland Security and national defense considerations. These include extensive contact with the members and staffs of the House of Representatives and the Senate, an outreach to governmental agencies and departments that can best utilize AdZone's pioneering technology, and the development of strategic relationships such as the recently announced partnership with Raytheon (NYSE:RTN) in the form of a systems integrator agreement for Internet monitoring technology related to Homeland Security.

As head of AdZone's Global Defense Group, Wasserman works closely with the company's advisory board, comprised of a retired USAF brigadier general and a professor renowned for his knowledge of terrorism.

"The benefit of this broad experience is critical to our success," Wasserman notes. "In General John Conley, we have the expertise of both a distinguished career and still currently strong ties to the military. In Professor Jon White, we have the scholarly insights that have made his writings the virtual bible for those who need to better understand the origins of terrorism. It's a terrific combination that will enable us to further build on the technology already in place."

Commenting on the recent Homeland Security Tech Expo in Washington, D.C., where the company participated along with other security-related companies, Wasserman indicates that the Director of the Office of Homeland Security, Tom Ridge, lauded the group.

"He was extremely complimentary of the efforts of the assembled group, and congratulated all of us on our contributions to American ingenuity -- an ingenuity that will collectively defeat terrorism worldwide," Wasserman said.
