Renegade's Hamilton Aerospace Technologies Subsidiary Provides Flight Test Support for Aviation Partners Boeing

Tucson, Ariz., Oct. 23, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corporation, a public Nevada corporation (OTCBB:RDVN) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, has been contracted by APB Winglets Company, LLC, d/b/a Aviation Partners Boeing, to provide ground and flight support for its B737-300 aircraft.

Aviation Partners Boeing, which is a joint venture between Aviation Partners Inc. and The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA), designs and manufactures highly specialized wingtip additions ("winglets") for retrofit onto the wings of older Boeing commercial jet aircraft. The winglets eliminate much of the aerodynamic drag that affects a wing without the winglet and also increases the wing's lift capacity.

John B. Sawyer, the newly appointed President of Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, said that, "This contract is a prime example of how the Hamilton staff's many years of experience in test flight support and experimental flight testing, combined with Tucson's famous flying weather, attracts many special programs to the facility."

Sawyer emphasized that, "Hamilton was organized only in May of this year, and few companies so young could have landed this contract with Aviation Partners Boeing. We believe this contract indicates the growing regard in which Hamilton is held and its distinction in the aviation industry, and we are very proud to have won it. From management down to the shop floor, we are dedicated to making Hamilton the gold standard in its field."
