COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Dec. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- GN Store Nord (Other OTC:GGNDF) today announced that Mr. Preben Schou since 1992, has been a member of the board of directors at GN Store Nord and has announced his immediate resignation from the Board.
The resignation follows from planned structural adjustments at Siemens in Denmark. Schou is chairman of the board of directors at Siemens A/S.
