ETSI's (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) standards for physical interfaces in DTM (Dynamic synchronous Transfer Mode) specifies the adaptation to fiber for capacities from 150 Mbps up to 40 Gbps. The official standards documents were published on the 3rd of January 2003 identified as ES 201 803-3 and ES 201 803-4.
The standardization effort is an ongoing process and in the near future ETSI is expected to approve the standards for video transport over DTM.
