Cybercom Negotiations with Mind AB are Completed


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 25, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cybercom and Mind AB signed a contract that confirms Cybercom's takeover of the Mind Finance AB operation as of March 1, 2003. Mind's February 25 extraordinary general meeting approved the contract.

Cybercom is taking over responsibility for the Mind Finance operation, 30 employees, and existing projects and customers. The takeover is expected to positively affect Cybercom's financial results.

Mind Finance AB is an IT and business development consultancy that primarily operates within banking, finance and insurance. Among others, important customers include AMP Pension, Bankgirocentralen, ForeningsSparbanken, KPA, Nordea, ICA, OM, and SEB.
