FOERSLOEV, Sweden, March 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has won the contract to build 50 new apartments in Tumba in the south of Stockholm. The client is the housing cooperative Kronan and the contract is worth SEK 87 million. The apartments will be ready to move into during the autumn 2004. In Tumba Peab will also build garage, roads and roundabouts for SEK 19 million.
Peab has also been awarded the contract to build 187 new student apartments in Huddinge. The client is the TomtebergaHuge Fastigheter and this contract is worth SEK 80 million. It is an all-in contract that already has begun and it is expected to be completed in September 2004.
