STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 19, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Graninge Group has acquired shares corresponding to 10 per cent of the share capital and votes in Elverket Vallentuna AB, which is quoted on the AktieTorget Stock Exchange. The shares have been acquired by Plaudite AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Graninge AB.
