STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) (Other OTC:KGSDF) (Stockholm:KLED) has during the first quarter sold 16 properties for MSEK 180 with a profit of MSEK 30 before sales administration. The largest property sold was Kettil 7 in Vasteras known as Sigmahuset.
During the second quarter the properties Lulea Braxen 1 and Solleftea Fargaren 3 and Kallaren 3 has been sold for MSEK 89 with a profit of MSEK 10 before sales administration.
