Gunnebo's EUR 200 million Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility significantly oversubscribed


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 4, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Gunnebo has signed a EUR 200 million revolving credit facility agreement with a group of 15 banks. The facility which has a maturity of five years, is for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of existing syndicated facility amounting to EUR 143 million. The loan facility has a margin of 0.55 per cent at present net gearing ratio.

The loan was oversubscribed with EUR 75 million (43 per cent) and the facility size was increased from EUR 175 million to EUR 200 million.

Mandated Lead Arranger for the transaction is SEB Merchant Banking. The other banks joining the syndicate are:
