STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Graninge (Other OTC:GRGEF):
Profit before tax for the period January-June 2003 amounted to a preliminary MSEK 453 (389), up 16 per cent over the corresponding period of last year.
Profit for the full year is expected to exceed the 2002 level by over 10 per cent, provided that run-off is normal throughout the rest of the year. The spring flood was weak and the summer has started with very low run-off to the reservoirs.
