Defense Contracting Expert Appointed to MB Tech Advisory Board


LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that Mr. Donald Adams has been appointed to the MB Tech Advisory Board.

Mr. Adams career has been in the aircraft, aerospace and defense industries for over four decades. He currently serves as President of D.S. Adams Associates, Inc., an international marketing consulting and high technology oriented sales representative business. The consulting and marketing advice of his company has resulted in over two hundred million dollars in export sales for Canadian and United States firms.

Mr. Adams was appointed and served as a member of the negotiating team for the Canadian Government on the $2.8 billion procurement of one hundred and forty CF18A fighter aircraft systems, sub-systems components and all other items in non-aerospace related categories. This negotiating team secured from McDonnell Douglas Corporation offset business in excess of $3 billion for specifically identified Industries.
