Sciax Secures Major Industrial Client


BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, Aug. 4, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ugomedia Interactive Corp. (Name change to Sciax Corp. pending) (OTCBB:UGMI) has been selected as the supplier of precision optical imaging equipment by a major Canadian mining corporation.

Chairman and CEO Nitin Amersey stated, "This sale clearly establishes Sciax as not only a key supplier to military and law enforcement but also to the massive industrial market." He added, "We look ahead to many other key sales both from our Defense division and our Industrial division."

"Sciax is integrating part of the Richard Wolf product range into the defense business both in Canada and internationally," stated Dave Howlett, Vice President, sales and marketing.

As well as being an emerging leader in the law enforcement and defense sectors, Sciax is also the exclusive distributor in Canada for industrial remote visual inspection instruments manufactured by Richard Wolf GmbH, a well-known German optical supplier. Sciax markets these products to a wide range of industrial customers in manufacturing, aviation/aerospace, oil and gas, power generation and mining.
