Corporate Initiatives

- A return to profitability with the company posting two consecutive profitable quarters, reflecting an aggressive strategy focused on strengthening company performance.

- Cap Gemini Ernst & Young forged an alliance with IMI Central Europe to initiate the "Responsive Retail Logistics" program which leverages the successes CGEY and IMI have created together in the European retail community.

Customer Success

- American retailer Wild Oats is implementing IMI Store software with positive results noted in its replenishment and order processes. Additionally, Price Chopper Supermarkets has now rolled out IMI Store to 100+ stores. IMI Store provides total item management and inventory management to maintain and control product inventory, provide full visibility for every product in the store and replenish store shelves based on expected consumer demand.

- Holtung AS, the third largest Norwegian pharmaceutical wholesaler, selected IMI Order software to provide Internet-based ordering capabilities and manage the high-volume order spikes it receives each day to deliver strong service and fast response to customers.

- A number of leading global brands are moving forward on IMI software upgrades including Ahold, Walkers, Spicer's, ICA Baltic, West Farm Foods, JM Smucker, Canadian Tire and others.

New Products to Market

- IMI recently announced development of business performance management solutions integrated into the IMI supply chain software suite. The new IMI software will enable consumer goods and retail companies to use real-time metrics and analytic tools to make faster and higher quality supply chain decisions, transforming business processes and improving performance.

- The company released IMI Order 8.1, the latest version of its industry-proven order management software that helps companies achieve the Perfect Order - the ability to deliver an order to the customer that is complete, accurate, on time and in perfect condition.

- IMI delivered IMI Warehouse 4.1 software, which supports high-speed warehouse operations with real-time planning, controls, monitoring and execution. The software enables companies to achieve faster, more efficient shipments and deliveries with minimum handling of goods and maximum order throughput.
