HELSINKI, Finland, August 18, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) --Proha begins joint discussions on temporary dismissals with it's personnel in Finland. Temporary dismissals are scheduled to take place between September 2003 and March 2004. The joint discussions apply to the personnel of Artemis Finland Oy, which is the subsidiary of Proha's sub-group Artemis International Solutions Corporation, as well as the personnel of Proha Plc and its subsidiaries Intellisoft Oy and ProCountor International Oy. In all, the proposal includes 91 people.
The estimated total number of temporary dismissals is approximately 25- 50 man-months.
Temporary dismissals will not affect Proha's service supply.
