(name change to Sciax Corp. pending) (OTCBB:UGMI) is honored to announce that it will be providing a Tactical Waterborne Training Course to Canadian policing partners from various Federal, Provincial and Municipal law enforcement agencies.
The course will consist of high level maritime operations and counter-terrorism training. The course will be conducted by Steven Bronson, retired USN Chief and full time defense and law enforcement tactical trainer, based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Nitin Amersey, CEO and Chairman of Sciax stated that, "Our training division will now augment our defense division, as we are now able to transfer practical technical knowledge and field expertise to those utilizing our products on a regular basis."
The training shall consist of the following events:
-- Classroom instruction - technical theory
-- Pool instruction - safety and survival
-- Open water instruction - swimmer approaches and assaults, high
speed boarding and vessel assaults
-- Final training exercise - practical skills application and
assessment
