The de-listing of Antisoma shares will be effective from the close of business on Wednesday 10 September 2003. The decision to de-list follows the announcement by Nasdaq Europe of its intention to close by the end of November 2003.
Following the de-listing, all Antisoma shares will continue to be traded on the London Stock Exchange, where the majority of trading takes place at present.
