STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- TietoEnator Resource Management has chosen ReadSoft as their main supplier of software for automatic document capture. The new partner agreement concerns the software FORMS and INVOICES in the Nordic countries.
TietoEnator Resource Management is the leading Scandinavian supplier of business solutions for handling financial and staff issues. Together with TietoEnator's systems, FORMS and INVOICES will enable substantial savings when handling all sorts of documents such as for example order forms and supplier invoices. ReadSoft and TietoEnator have already been working together for some time and there are today some 30 joint installations.

What is INVOICES?
ReadSoft's INVOICES solution is designed to recognize unstructured invoice documents and capture data such as sender, invoice number and invoice amount from anywhere on the invoice. Also, the software checks the data against information in the customer's business system.

FORMS offers organizations substantial savings, increased productivity and improved data quality. FORMS reads handwritten text, machine-print, barcodes, check boxes, circles, tables, matrixes, and even complete addresses. Among other benefits, automatic forms processing is much faster than manual keying of information, offering a quick return on investment.
