MB Tech Completes Development of Flat Antenna; Portable Antenna Ready for Mass Markets

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that it has finished development of its Flat (Planer) Antenna with automatic satellite tracking system. The new Flat Antenna is portable, has the ability to search for multiple DBS satellite's and does not require an engineer or special tools to install.

The compact, portable design makes the Antenna suitable for use indoors as well as outdoors. According to Hanwook Bae, President of MB Tech, Inc. "The Company's design is up to 50% smaller, a fraction of the cost and equal in quality when compared to other current market leading products." He added, "This new proprietary Flat Antenna should produce higher margins for the Company when compared to the more competitive, lower margin LNB business."

The 14" x 14" flat antenna has a max 32 dBw gain and covers most of the area that typical 18" dishes would. MB Tech engineers used leading edge microstrip patch array design technology and special manufacturing methods to connect the antenna and the Low-Noise Blockdown Converter (LNB).

The Antenna is ideal for the yet to be tapped apartment, condominium and office building markets. The Antenna can function through glass in applications with exposure to a DBS satellite. Based on currently engineered technology, the Company will begin to develop in-motion models for buses, trains, motor homes and automobiles within this year. These products would be intended to address the satellite television and radio markets served by companies such as DirecTV, Sirius Satellite Radio (Nasdaq:SIRI) and XM Satellite Radio (Nasdaq:XMSR).
