PracticeXpert Signs First Regional Account Manager


LOS ANGELES, Sept. 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- PracticeXpert, Inc. (OTCBB:PXPT) today announced that it has signed TSM Associates as its first regional Account Manager.

TSM Associates, a specialty medical products and services marketing and consulting firm located in Fair Oaks, California, has signed to represent PracticeXpert's full line of medical practice management products and services, including the flagship PXpert(tm) Hand-Held Patient Encounter and Medical Billing System. TSM will be concentrating its sales and marketing efforts to physicians and physician practices in Northern California and Seattle, Washington.

TSM Associates was founded in 1989 by Mr. Tom Minero and has a represented numerous medical products and services such as the T-wave Alternans cardiac diagnostic system for non-invasive detection of persons at risk of ventricular arrythmias and sudden cardiac death, and the Therapeutic Apheresis (RheoTherapy) treatment for "dry" Age-Related Macular Degeneration. Mr. Minero has an extensive background in the healthcare field including experience in marketing such products as physiologic multi-channel recording systems, computerized cardiac and pulmonary testing systems, internal surgical stapling devices, general medical/surgical supplies and instruments and healthcare financial management software. Mr. Minero has served in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force reserves.

Commenting on the news, Mr. Minero, president of TSM Associates, stated, "Having dealt with physicians for virtually all of my career, I understand their frustrations when it comes to processing claims for payment. It is my feeling they should get paid accurately for the services they perform. At present, this is not always the case. My career has involved marketing and selling products that have helped physicians run their practices more efficiently and have helped doctors improve patient care. I believe if we can get these physicians paid more accurately, and on a more timely basis, we will be allowing them to concentrate on taking care of patients, not chasing after insurance companies for their money."
