PHOENIX, Ariz., Oct. 13, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viastar Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:VISH) announced today that it has signed the exclusive rights to produce and distribute "Music From God." A musical production of compositions mathematically derived from the original Hebrew text of the Bible. The series will be released on the company's newly formed Light of The Spirit record label and is slated for hit retail shelves the first week of December 2003. The deal was signed with Music From God, Inc., which created the project after the culmination of eight years of painstaking research that began with the vision of its founder, Uri Harel.
The concept that the text of the Bible contains multiple layers of meeting has been contemplated by scholars for many years. Mr. Harel believed that one of these embedded layers must be music. "We made an astonishing discovery of encoded music in the original Hebrew text of the Bible. Several years of research culminated in findings that may forever change the public's perception of this popular ancient document, and increase interest in it among people of all walks of life," stated Mr. Harel. "We have found the key to transforming Hebrew letters into musical notes and have opened the way for a new kind of Bible translation -- not into yet another spoken language, but into the universal language of music."
Viastar's -- Light of the Spirit will release the first CD in the series, "Days of Majesty," containing 11 new tracks of live music directly translated from the book of Psalms. Viastar's CEO, John D. Since October of 2002, Mr. Harel has been collaborating with well-known composer Gardner Cole, violinist J'anna Jacoby and guitarist Gal Dremmer, among others, to bring to light new music from the book of Psalms. Live performances are now being scheduled throughout the USA while Uri Harel is conducting public presentations, interviews and lectures on the subject.
