GOTHENBURG, Sweden, Oct. 22, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bure Equity (Other OTC:BRVVF): Dimension's Board of Directors has decided to implement a new share issue for approximately SEK 40M with a right of preference for the company's shareholders. The issue is subject to approval by an Extraordinary General Meeting.
Bure has undertaken to subscribe for its share of the issue and to guarantee an additional portion of any shares which might not be subscribed. In total, Bure's undertaking amounts to not more than SEK 17.5M or 43.6 per cent of the new issue.
