KLIPPAN, Sweden, Oct. 23, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of KLIPPAN AB has decided to relieve the Managing Director Bengt Ostensson from his position with immediate effect.
Deputy Managing Director Olle Grundberg has been appointed as acting Managing Director until November 3, 2003.
Ragnar Quarnstrom has been appointed Managing Director with effect from November 3, 2003. Ragnar Quarnstrom, 55, has held various senior management positions within the forest industry and most recently as Managing Director of Becker-Acroma Ltd in the United Kingdom, a subsidiary of AB Wilh Becker.
