VIENNA, Va., Nov. 13, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc. (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies, announced today that the Medical Staffing Division has been awarded a $2.5 million contract with the U.S. Air Force. Under this contract, the Company will provide highly specialized physicians in the field of radiology to Luke Air Force Base located outside Phoenix, Arizona. The contract, which began in October of 2002, has four one-year options for renewal with agreed-upon rates specified for each of the option years. The Company is beginning the second year of the five-year award.
