VIENNA, Va., Nov. 17, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc., (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies, announced today that the Medical Staffing Division continues to perform under a $1.25 million contract with the U.S. Army. This contract, initially awarded to the Company in 1999, has successfully been extended four times since inception for one-year terms each, due to the Company's satisfactory service. The most recent one-year extension notification was made last month. The contract calls for the Company to provide gynecological nurse practitioners to Lyster Army Community Hospital at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

This contract at Fort Rucker is the second one for the Company. This recent contract extension will bring to six the number of years the Company has provided staffing services to this army hospital.
