MINERAL WELLS, Texas, Dec. 2, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Energy Production Inc. (OTCBB:AMEP) announced today a delay in filing its third quarter 10QSB. Due to the numerous business transactions of the Company during the third quarter including the heavy oil additive AMEP HOA-800 program, there was a delay in the Company auditors being able to finish the 10QSB on time.
The auditors have assured management the third quarter 10QSB will be filed with the SEC in the next forty-eight hours. The Company apologizes for this delay and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Within the next few days American Energy Production Inc. will update investors on the present and anticipated future business of the Company.
